Ayodhya: Under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Navdeep Rinwa, a divisional review meeting on the progress report of important priority programs of the government for the month of October 2022 was organized in the commissioner's office hall with all the district magistrates, chief development officers and divisional officers. First of all, while reviewing the works of the Health Department, the Divisional Commissioner said that Ayushman Golden Cards should be made for 100 percent eligible people in all the districts and in relation to the works under construction under the Health Department, he said that the completed works should be handed over immediately and arrangements made. To be operated and the projects in which money is to be received from the government, by sending a demand letter to the government, personally monitor and get the money as soon as possible.
The Divisional Commissioner said to all the District Magistrates present in the meeting that during the review, it has come to notice that most of the projects under construction under Purvanchal Development Fund are incomplete, they should be completed after regular review and after 100% completion of the work, its quality will be verified from the third party. Should also be investigated. He directed all the officers in relation to the complaint applications received through IGRS that the complaints received within the stipulated time limit should be disposed of in a quality manner and emphasis should be laid on reducing the number of C-references received. The number of C references can be reduced only when the complaint applications received are disposed of with complete quality.
While reviewing the works of the Irrigation Department, the Divisional Commissioner directed that the silt cleaning of the canals should be done in a better way, so that water can reach the tail of the canals and such canals, which have not yet been cleaned by MNREGA, should be connected with MNREGA at the Gram Panchayat level. Silt cleaning should be done and the verification of silt cleaning should also be done through drone. He suggested to all the District Magistrates that by arranging a drone at the district level, verification of other works done can also be done through drones. Regarding the recovery of electricity dues in government offices, he said that the bills of all departmental offices should be issued on time and those offices should send their received bills to the headquarters within the time limit and get them paid. Reviewing the works of the Agriculture Department, he said that it has often been seen that most of the complaint applications are being received regarding non-receipt of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi during Sampurna Samadhan Divas.
Whose disposal is being done in the same way. He instructed that all such cases received through Samadhan Diwas and IGRS portal etc. should be re-examined and if the applicant is eligible for Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana or due to some reason his installment is not coming, it should be resolved immediately and he Benefit should be given. Reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, he said that all the farmers should be made aware about this scheme and maximum farmers should be given its benefits, so that in case of crop loss, the farmer brothers can be helped in every possible way.
Reviewing the works of the Panchayati Raj Department, he said that Panchayat Bhawans should be developed in each Gram Panchayat with all the basic facilities, it should be made the center of activity of the Gram Panchayat, in which there should be a regular employee to help the villagers, who will work in the Panchayat Bhavan. Can give correct information about various beneficial schemes to the villagers coming in. He said that a campaign should be launched regarding single use plastic and cities and markets should be freed from single use plastic. Reviewing the Food and Logistics Department, he said that the number of complaints related to ration cards is more in the complaints received through IGRS applications and Sampoorna Samadhan Divas etc., in relation to which he said that in all such complaints received, the eligibility of the complainant should be checked and if the applicant is eligible then his ration card must be made.
While reviewing the progress of the Kanya Sumangala Yojana run by the government, he said that regular review of this scheme should be done, all the departments related to this scheme should work with mutual coordination to provide benefits of the scheme to 100 percent eligible. Aadhaar seeding work of beneficiaries of old age pension, disabled pension, and destitute pension should be completed 100 percent. During the review, the Divisional Commissioner briefly reviewed other important schemes of the government including road and bridge construction, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Srijan Yojana.
He said that all the departmental officers should do the work related to all the beneficial schemes related to their respective departments with alacrity so that the eligible people can get the benefit of the scheme. Point-wise details were presented by Joint Development Commissioner Mr. Arvind Chandra Jain on the basis of forms of governance. After reviewing the development works by the Divisional Commissioner, the revenue programs were reviewed with the officials of the Revenue Department.
