In the ongoing Khelo India University Games in Bangalore, BHU performed brilliantly and won two gold and one silver
BHU : In the ongoing Khelo India University Games in Bangalore, Banaras Hindu University performed brilliantly and got two Gold and one Silver. Shubham Yadav, a B.A. first year student of Banaras Hindu University, received Gold medal on 30 April 2022 in the 70 kg gram category of Khelo India University Sports Wrestling Competition.
On behalf of the University Sports Board, best wishes to Shubham Yadav for his big achievement and bright future along with many congratulations to Assistant Director Dr. Hariram Yadav and Wrestling Coach. Rebi Pal won Silver medal at Khelo India University Games in women's steeple chase event.
The University Sports Board has congratulated Reby Pal and Dr. Khurshid Ahmed, Assistant Director (Athletic). Banaras Hindu University's B.A. second year student Dhruv Kumar Pandey, M.P.ED. first year student Pramod Kumar Kushwaha and Law first year student Gaurang Tiwari participated in the ongoing Khelo India University Sports Karate Competition in Bangalore on 2 May 2022.
