Divisional commissioner did a review meeting of development works, gave instructions to visit
Basti : Divisional Commissioner Govind Raju N.S. It has directed the divisional officers to prepare a tour program of the districts and get it approved and make available the report after the tour. In the review meeting of the development works, he said that by the end of the month, the tour program for the next month should be proposed. While inspecting your departmental work, also inspect the offices and improve the system there. He also directed that the departmental headquarters should regularly monitor the steam sent for construction works, remove the shortcomings in time so that funds could be allocated in time.
The officers have been directed to work on the agenda of 100 days set by the Chief Minister. He said that the divisional officers should also prepare an agenda for 100 days and ensure its implementation. Submit a copy of the prescribed agenda to the Artha and Number office so that the progress can be reviewed on completion of 100 days.He said that the government has decided to provide cashless treatment facility to all the officers and employees under Jan Arogya Yojana. He directed all the officers to get the online data feed of the employees of their offices. After verification from the CMO office, a card will be provided to all the employees, on the basis of which they will be able to get their treatment done.
He directed the officials of the health department that no doctor would prescribe outside medicine to the patients coming to the hospital. He also directed that Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendras should be activated in each district and ensure availability of medicines there. Under no circumstances will expensive medicines be kept there. In the review, they found that 526 out of 547 health wellness centers have become active. He directed the officers to activate the remaining 21 centers.
While reviewing the work of the Labor Department, he directed all the executing agencies to register the construction projects on the portal of the Labor Department so that the prescribed cess can be collected and the workers working there can get the benefits of the schemes of the Labor Department. It may be mentioned that 420254 workers are registered in the division.
While reviewing the electricity arrears, he directed that a roster of payment of electricity bills of each Gram Panchayat should be made. Along with the operation of each Gram Panchayat development plans, pay at least Rs 5000 electricity bill every quarter. CDO and DPRO should take action to pay electricity bills from Gram Panchayats. Similarly, payment of electricity bill for street light, water tank and others will be done.
While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, he directed that eKYC of 100% farmers should be done by 31st May. Joint Director Agriculture Avinash Chandra Tiwari said that 54.39 percent of the farmers in the board have been eKYC. There are 1104555 beneficiary farmers in this scheme in the mandal, out of which 16000 have name and aadhaar mismatch, it is being rectified.

In the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner discussed the construction of roads and bridges, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Prime Minister's crop insurance scheme, protection of cows, construction of community toilets, construction of Panchayat Bhawan, Swachh Bharat Mission, MNREGA, NRLM, National Reviewed drinking water mission, marriage grant scheme, Kanya Sumangala scheme, self employment scheme etc.
