He said that a few days back he was returning from Ranchi to his village Bikuvadag on a motorbike. He met with an accident near Lodhma. He was admitted to Pragati Medical and Research Hospital, a private hospital in Ranchi, in a critical condition. Due to Ayushman card, he got free operation in the hospital.
He told that his back bone was broken. Sharma says that he cannot bear the cost of his treatment. He said that the poor are getting very good benefits of Jan Arogya Yojana. He said that the biggest feature of this scheme is that its benefits are available in both government and private hospitals and even in big medicine shops. He said that thousands of people are taking advantage of this scheme in Khunti district.
