Lucknow / Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogi said that today is an important day for us, when the land lease agreement between the state government and the Airport Authority of India to connect Ayodhya with air service has been concluded at the Chief Minister's residence. Today is also the holy day of Navratri. The event of Navratri is considered to be the date of transmission of energy.
Energy is also a symbol of positive growth and when this symbol of development is associated with Ayodhya it makes the whole world swell. He said that the process of construction of International Airport in Ayodhya has started. For this, an important initiative is to have a land agreement of 317.855 acres purchased between the State Government and the Airport Authority of India.
If any state has made good progress for the best air service connectivity in the country in five years, then Uttar Pradesh is one of them. Hon'ble Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that at present action is going on for 10 new airports. Presently three international airports are functional. Work has started on a war footing for the construction of Asia's largest airport Jewar.
Also, when the international airport in Ayodhya will become functional, UP will be the first state to have five international airports and when we make 10 new airports functional, Uttar Pradesh will be the first state in the country to have 19 airports. It is not only a medium to rapidly increase the possibilities of employment generation and development, but will also work to make the journey of people easy, accessible and comfortable.
Hon'ble Chief Minister said that in 2023 the construction work of Ram temple would have been completed and Ram Lalla would have been seated. We should prepare to make the airport functional in Ayodhya along with the construction of the temple. For this the state government will fully help. This will become an important medium for taking the economy to the top. Hon'ble Chief Minister said that for the first phase in Ayodhya, as much land as is required has been made available.
Only 86 acres of land is left for the international airport, we will get this too in two to three months. Funds have been made available to the district administration for the construction of the airport in Ayodhya.
