Countdown to 100 days of 8th International Yoga Day will begin

Delhi :  The 100 days countdown to the 8th 'International Yoga Day' is about to begin.  The central government has started special preparations to make 'International Yoga Day' even more special this time.  In this episode, 'Yoga Mahotsav-2022' will be organized tomorrow i.e. on Sunday, '13 March 2022'.

 Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga under the Ministry of AYUSH will organize Yoga Mahotsav-2022 tomorrow.  Union Minister of AYUSH and Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, will inaugurate the event to mark the start of the countdown to 100 days of International Day of Yoga-2022.  The event will mark the countdown of 100 days to IDY-2022 from 10:00 am at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi in the presence of several dignitaries.

 The objective of this event is to widely publicize and disseminate the various dimensions of yoga and its usefulness.  Also promoting the 100-day countdown campaign for International Day of Yoga-2022 for Health, Wellness and World Peace.

 This year also the Ministry will formally mark the start of the 100 days countdown towards the journey of 8th IDY with a preview on 13th March 2022.  In this way a plan has been prepared to make International Yoga Day-2022 a success.
