BHU : Organized one-day national seminar on "Literary contribution of Mahadevi Verma"

 

BHU : Hindi Section, Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Kashi Hindu Banaras Hindu University, on the birth anniversary of Mahadevi Verma, known as a major pillar of Chhayavad under the Hindi literary world and the creator of the rich and prolific literature of the great personality. A one-day national seminar on "Literary contribution of Mahadevi Varma" was organized to commemorate the occasion. The chief guest of the event was Professor Anurag Kumar, former Head of the Department of Hindi, Kashi Vidyapeeth, who, while highlighting the poetic folk of Mahadevi Verma, said, "The poetry of Mahadevi can be understood to a greater or lesser extent through the prose written by her. The program started with the welcome address of the Section Head Professor Suman Jain. As a sequel to the program, Assistant Professor Dr. Vivekananda Upadhyay of the section presented a seed statement. He tried to explain the poems composed by Mahadevi Verma from one point of view. Rahi, a special guest, also presented her eloquent speech, saying that "Mahadevi makes a revolution within the language." As a sequel to the program, the former head of the Faculty of Arts, Professor of Banaras Hindu University, presiding over the day-long program Ramkali Saraf Madam said that "there is a sense of dedication in the poems of Mahadevi Verma, there is a feeling of union of soul and divine." On this occasion, poetry recitation was also presented by the students of BA third year. At the end of the program, all thank you program.

On this occasion, Professor Inu Mehta, the conservator of the one-day National Seminar, the organizing secretary of the program, Assistant Prof. Along with Dr. Harish Kumar, Vindhyachal Yadav, Dr. Avadhesh Mishra, Dr. Sarvesh Pandey along with a large number of research students were present.
