Avadh University's BA, BSc and B.Com first semester examination from 14 March'22

The first semester examination will be conducted by the university at 425 examination centers of seven districts.

Instructions given to all centers for copyless examination under CCTV surveillance

Ayodhya : Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University Administration has conducted BA, B.Sc and B.Com Part I Semester Examination from 14th March to 09th April. Regarding the examination, the university administration held an online meeting with the center heads from the campus conference hall at 12 noon on Saturday. On the instructions of the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Ravi Shankar Singh, the university administration has directed a total of 425 examination centers of seven districts to conduct the examinations as per the intention of the government. For this, CCTV cameras will have to be operated smoothly in the rooms of all the centers. It will be monitored from the control room of the university. In two shifts, 1 lakh 96 thousand candidates will be given in which 95 thousand 745 girls and 99 thousand 932 students will be included. A total of 17 nodal centers have been set up in seven districts by the university administration for the successful conduct of the examination. Distribution of question papers and compilation of answer sheets will be done by these centers. Surprise inspection of all the examination centers will be done by 10 observers appointed by the university administration.

       In the meeting, the Controller of Examinations of the University, Umanath told that the BA, BSC and B.Com Part-I first semester examination will start from March 14 and will continue till April 09. According to the instructions given by the government, copyless examination is to be conducted. All the examination centers will have to follow the Kovid-19 protocol completely. The Controller of Examinations said that under the instructions of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Singh, instructions have been given to all the examination centers that the CCTV cameras installed in the rooms at the time of examination should continue to operate smoothly. The cameras installed at these centers will be monitored by the university. Disciplinary action will be taken if the cameras are found to be switched off. Controller of Examinations, Umanath said that in order to conduct the examination safely and peacefully, surprise inspection will be done by the Vice Chancellor and officials of the University besides the Observer. The examination will be held in two shifts at all the centers. The first shift examination will run from 8 am to 11 am and the second shift examination will run from 2 pm to 5 pm. In the meeting, the Controller of Examinations said that the university administration has given proper guidelines to all the examination centers regarding the examination. In the meeting, Assistant Registrar of the University Mohammad Sahil, Dr. Vijayendu Chaturvedi, Programmer Ravi Malviya along with Principal and Center Head of the University and affiliated colleges were present.
