There has been a big change in the politics of Uttar Pradesh, the second term of Mr. Yogi Adityanath ji has started from March 25, 2022. The previous government was formed on March 19, 2017 under the leadership of Mr. Yogi ji. I personally on 24 March 2022 in the meeting hall of Lok Bhavan, when Yogi ji was being elected as the leader of the legislature, at that time Yogi ji had widely expressed his frankness in his speech, in which he said That we did not have the experience of running the government, but Mr. Prime Minister, Mr. Home Minister who was in charge of Uttar Pradesh at that time got comprehensive guidance and got a lot of love from the leadership and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party, through which we again got the same party after 37 years. The government has come back, which is an important link in itself.
We made Uttar Pradesh a first class state from BIMARU state and once we went to meet Hon'ble Home Minister Amit Shah ji, then our budget of the state was about 2 lakh crores, on which our present Home Minister said that Chief Minister You have to take the state forward, make it a budget of 6 lakh crores for Uttar Pradesh and in this connection we have expanded the budget and our next budget is also going to be of 6.5 lakh crores. I have also been giving information about specific aspects through various articles. Today our aim is to draw the attention of the Government of Uttar Pradesh formed on the system of Government as well as Central Government. In our Central Government which is constituted under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, in which there are 05 VRS / retired bureaucrats, out of which 02 are from Foreign Service, 02 from Indian Administrative Service and 01 from Indian Police Service.
On the same pattern, our Yogi ji's government, which has started Part-02, has an Indian Administrative Service and an Indian Police Service officer, in which Arvind Kumar Sharma of the Indian Administrative Service and Aseem Arun of the Indian Police Service. While Arun was given the work of social welfare, Shri Sharma was given the work of Urban Development and Energy Department, in which Uttar Pradesh like Smart City, AMRUT Yojana, comprehensive improvement in energy in all areas and further encouragement of solar energy. In this episode, another name Arvind Kumar Sharma was added in the politics of Uttar Pradesh. Shri Sharma has been a 1988 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre. At the beginning of the year 2021, the period of change in the responsibility of Shri Sharma started, the credit of which goes to the successful Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Bhai Modi ji.
Modi ji has the insight to recognize the individual. When Arvind Kumar Sharma was the collector in his district Mehsana, the district also comes under the birthplace of Shri Modi ji, Badnagar and the area of famous leader of Gujarat, Shankar Singh Baghela. From there, Sharma ji is posted in the Chief Minister's Secretariat on the strength of his ability and hard work. This deployment goes on continuously and the opportunity that they get from 2001 to join with Modi ji continues. When Modi ji formed the government at the Centre, Sharma came to Gujarat on deputation for the first time and was made secretary in the Prime Minister's Office. Under the leadership of Modi ji, the campaign of Bibant Gujarat launched by Sharma was based on industrialization. It was started by other states in the name of Shining Uttar Pradesh, Shining Hamara Pradesh. It is well remembered by me that Sharma ji was born in a normal family in Kajha Khurd of Mau district on 12th July 1962 in the house of Shivmurti Sharma ji. Late Shivmurti Sharma ji was an employee in the Transport Corporation.
He has 7 children, in which Arvind Kumar Sharma is the first, two other brothers and four sisters, who are married in the neighboring districts of Ghazipur and Ballia. Arvind Kumar Sharma took admission in the field of arts in Allahabad University after interfering with science in Mau district. The subjects in his graduation were Psychology, Philosophy and Political Science. After graduating, Sharma was a disciplined head of Allahabad University, under the guidance of Prof. Harimohan Jain.

His preparation phase especially started from 1985 and after hard work, he got selected in the IAS exam in 1988 and got 72nd position in India. We the little ones went through a period of happiness, all of them followed them and got small jobs on the strength of their blessings on the strength of their books. When that person became an IAS of Gujarat cadre after training in Mansoorie in 1988, the Gujarat cadre looked distant to the residents of Uttar Pradesh.
But Sharma adopted Gujarat and knows Gujarati language very well. As far as I know, he has full command in Hindi, Sanskrit, English and Gujarati language and Bhojpuri language of his speech. After joining Modi ji in 2001, his philosophical and political side began to open up and any person lives with anyone, whether the officer is a small employee or a big one, it starts affecting each other. Modi ji's philosophies, impetuosity, commitment etc. also strengthened Arvind Sharma. The biggest thing about them is that they used to say in student life that we have to serve the year of India. Common people have to provide service to the poor. Because they have seen poverty. Have also seen ordinary life. If we get a chance after a job, then we have to come into politics also. But come after retirement. We little people living in the zenith of bureaucracy used to dream that our Sharma ji would become the cabinet secretary. But this is not acceptable to Mahadev to our Hanuman ji to our Shri Ram ji because Modi ji is also an exclusive devotee of God. He reiterated his commitment to nationalism as well as culturalism on cultural platforms. There is also a repetition of the method of worship.
When on 5th August 2020, when the land worship and foundation stone of Shri Ram temple was done in Ayodhya, at that time due to Kovid, we were also given the responsibility of media management by Hon'ble Yogi ji's government among 200 to 250 administrators. There was the arrival of national and international media to cover that event. I remember that we were issued passes on the basis of certified identity cards for more than 550 media coverage. Due to which the whole world saw the foundation stone of Ram temple. To take this program further, Modi ji accepted Shri Sharma's voluntary retirement on 11 January 2021, which is the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri, and went to Lucknow on 12 January 2021, which is the birth anniversary of Vivekananda. instructed. Shri Sharma took active membership of BJP on January 14, 2021, waiting for Makar Sankranti and Surya Uttarayan. The credit for which Modi ji and Yogi ji party leadership goes to Amit Shah ji, JP Nadda ji, Swatantradev Singh ji etc.
In the presence of BJP State President Mr. Swatantradev Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Dinesh Sharma, Mr. Sharma took active membership of the Bharatiya Janata Party and enrolled for the Legislative Council on January 18, 2021 and in the biennial elections along with his other party candidates on January 21. He was declared elected on 2021 and Mr. Sharma was made the state vice-president of the party on July 2021. Shri Sharma visited almost all the districts of the state and provided many facilities in Varanasi, Ayodhya, Purvanchal during the Kovid period. Mr. Sharma always thinks that all the work is done by the inspiration and blessings of God, he got the result and after a good interval, on March 25, 2022, Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma took oath as a minister and on the basis of his merit, the state government. Under the leadership of Mr. Yogi ji, the charge of Urban Development and Energy Department has been given, which will give new dimensions to the state and will play a role in ensuring 100% compliance of Modi ji's inspiration and Yogi ji's instructions.
It is also a coincidence that Mr. Sharma has been a 1988 batch IAS officer and his Urban Development Department has Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajneesh Dubey and Energy Department has Additional Chief Secretary, Alok Kumar, both I have been Chief Development Officer in Varanasi and Sitapur. And both are 1988 batch IAS officers. Mr. Sharma will also have a very good coordination with the officials and with the workers which will bring a better result. I am writing this article as an officer of Uttar Pradesh government and because of my experiences in student life, Allahabad and understanding of bureaucracy and politics, maybe common people or media colleagues will like this article.
As far as Ayodhya is concerned, at present about 19 thousand crores of schemes are going on in Ayodhya, I have got a chance to understand all the schemes closely, it is the grace of Lord Ram Lalla Hanuman ji. At present, after the foundation stone of Shri Ram temple on 5 August 2020, this is the first Ram Navami celebration in Ayodhya from 02 April 2022 to 12 April. It has been decided to celebrate Putrada Ekadashi till 2022, for which preparations are going on on a war footing and frequent visits and visits and review meetings are being held by senior officers of the administration. From 02 April, 90 minutes is being increased in the darshan period of Shri Ram Lalla, which is praiseworthy in itself.
